Series Plot
The story of Unforgotten centres around the case of a murder which took place 39 years earlier. When a house demolition leads to the discovery of a young man’s skeletal remains, the resulting investigation unravels the lives and secrets of four people, each of whom have been waiting almost forty years for this moment.

With filming for Unforgotten having taken place between mid March and mid June, the series is scheduled to begin airing on UK television on Thursday the 8th of October, 2015, at 9:00pm on ITV. The number of episodes in the series will be six.
