How many episodes in Years and Years on BBC One will there be?
Scheduled to premiere at 9:00 pm on Tuesday 14 May on BBC1, Years and Years will be broadcast over 6 episodes of around 60 minutes in length.
The first of this six-part series sees politician Vivienne Rook (Emma Thompson) cause a scandal while appearing on live television. At the same time, this is happening, the Lyons family come together when Rosie (Ruth Madeley) gives birth to a son. There brothers Stephen (Rory Kinnear), Daniel (Russell Tovey) and grandmother Muriel (Anne Reid) gather at Rosie’s bedside and begin wondering what the future of our world will hold for little Lincoln. The show is set over a 15 year period and will see the Lyons family experience the things we look forward to about the future, and the aspects we fear.
